Some fools will market mini-misters for joggers and some other fools will actually buy them. Worse.....some fools actually try to jog.

You can say "Hohokam" and people don't think you're laughing funny
You see more irrigation water on the street than there is in the Salt River

You can understand the reason for a town named "Why"
You can fry an egg on the hood of a car IN THE MORNING!
You hear people say "but it's a DRY heat!"
You buy salsa by the gallon.
Your Christmas decorations include sand and l00 paper bags.
You think a red light is merely a suggestion.
All of your out-of-state friends start to visit after October but clear out come the end of April.
You think someone driving wearing oven mitts is clever.
Most of the restaurants in town have the first name "El" or "Los."
You think 60 tons of crushed red rock makes a beautiful yard.

I am so pissed right now. I made sure to set my VCR and have a tape with enough room on it to record Eminem's TRL apperance and MTV news report on Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively. I had everything ready so I could tape my baby, especially the TRL because those aren't repeated like everything else on MTV. Well, my vcr is an ass!! The SAP was on instead of the TV Stero, which means certain channels had no sound. One of those channels had to be MTV and I didn't know this until today when I turned on my VCR. So yeah, the things I taped of my baby have no sound. GRRR...I'm so mad. I had everything prepared way ahead of time. It's not fair!! All I can say is I hope that both of these Eminem things come on again. N-e-how less then a week till I go home. Tahina apparently isn't feeling well so I pray she gets better!!

What happened to the days when I thought people genuinely liked me? Now, I'm lucky if I can find someone who wants to talk to me over other people. It's sad when you realize that you aren't what you thought you were. That other people are better and more desired then you (I'm talking about friendship wise). It's weird how things can be going great and one thing happens to change that.
